Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11 PowerPC running on a Mac Mini G4 cpan/ExtUtils-MakeMaker/t/04-xs-rpath-darwin reveals a bug in the test set, it shouldn't run on versions of Darwin before 9 (OS X 10.5). cpan/Test-Simple/t/Test2/behavior/ipc_wait_timeout failures are me issuing 'kill -9' as the test seems to hang for hours. t/porting/cmp_version.t issue is also my fault as I didn't bump the version.
